Definition: Synergy; is the combined effort being greater than parts. -The working together of two or more things, peoples, organisations, especially when the result is greater than the sum of their individual effects or capabilities. ( Encarter Dictionary English )

Scriptural evidence; 2 Chron. 5:13-14. It came to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were "as one", to make "one sound" to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord; and when they lifted up their voice with  the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, For he is good; for his mercy endureth forever; that then the house was filled with the a cloud; even the house of the Lord;  So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of the God.

Acts 2:1-2. And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with "one accord in one place".
And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of rushing mighty wind, and it filled the house where they were sitting.

Synergy, is about the Power of One; individual parts of the body coming together as one unit to create a synergy.  Paul instructs us in Gal. 3:26-29. "You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all "One" in Christ Jesus If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise". to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning any thing that they ask, it will be done for them by my Father."

Synergy is; "the power of agreement" Matt. 18:19. "Again I say, productive prayer. Here the word "agree" comes from the Greek word "sumphoneo" from which the word "symphony" is derived. The word means to "sound together" or "to make one common noise," to be in harmony.
